Learn what many experts say about a Daily Routine and Productivity.

Is a morning routine important? You be the judge. Let me show you the different pros and cons of Daily routines according to 2020 standards of Life! In times of uncertainty, we all thrive for “Normalcy” will a daily routine aid in your daily routine choices.

Recently, I read an amazing book, it changed my mindset! I was not a morning person. I am able to get up when work calls, or I want to go for a hike or run early morning. Yet, in the past I considered myself a night owl!! It has been a challenge to change my routine, with the intent to continue daily. 5AM Club is a book by Robin Sharma, he speaks about the importance of waking up at 5am and nurturing your mindset, soul set, heart set & health set the first hour of your day using the 20/20/20 method. Utilize 20 min first thing in the morning with exercise-health set, then 20 min of mediation or reading-mind set followed by writing-heart set, the order is unimportant his point is to wake up and get your mind working, refresh and activate your whole body to realize your perfect day, everyday.

Thoughts like these motivate me to wake up and enjoy the early morning.

What makes you happy, is it reading a book? Going to the gym? Yoga or maybe a good breakfast or an audiobook would give you the extra boost in the morning to make you feel your best through out the day.

As a recovering night owl, I find myself up writing these articles. Yet I still have the memories of the feelings when…
